About Us
We are a full-service, fully automated Land Surveying firm licensed for
operation within New York State. We perform surveys of the following
types: Title / Mortgage, Boundary Line, Stakeout / Construction, Architectural /
Topographical / Site, ALTA / ACSM Land Title, Elevation Surveys / Certificates, and As-Built / Final Surveys.
We are fully automated utilizing industry-standard Autodesk® software. We
provide survey drawings via hardcopy, electronic transmission, and internet. We
are a member of the New York State
Association of Professional Land Surveyors (NYSAPLS) and the
American
Congress on Surveying and Mapping (ACSM). We have performed extensive
services for major title companies, lawyers, contractors, banks, schools,
various New York City municipal offices, and individuals. We currently
cover the entire New York State area with concentration within the New York City
Metro (Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island and Manhattan) areas.
A quick turn-around time for completing surveys is a service we take pride
in. We are always here to answer any questions regarding your specific survey
